We work with several transport and logistics partners and deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and other details of the order; our partners calculate the offers and we always provide the most cost-effective option.
Yes. We cooperate with several major manufacturers. For orders above €10,000, we can source products that are not listed in our webshop, including solar panels, mounting structures or non-listed inverters and batteries.
Please always check the delivered goods upon receipt to ensure that they are undamaged. If you notice any issue, a report must be filed with the courier immediately, so we can support warranty administration. We cannot take back unopened items after purchase. Details can be found in section 11.1 of the Terms and Conditions.
Our technical support team is available by email or phone, and we also assist with manufacturer-level support.
Due to high demand, we can store ordered products for a maximum of 3 working days.
We can only accept advance payment. After placing the order, we send a pro forma invoice via email. Once the invoice is paid, we can arrange delivery.

Most traditional grid-connected systems shut down automatically for safety reasons during a blackout. To have electricity during a power outage, you need a hybrid system and a battery.
A hybrid inverter can handle both grid-feeding and battery energy storage, combining the advantages of both worlds.
A high-quality modern inverter (Deye, Solax, Huawei) typically has a lifespan of 10–15 years, but with proper maintenance it may operate reliably for up to 20 years.
Manufacturers usually offer 5–10 years warranty, which can often be extended up to 20 years. Faulty components are replaced under warranty.
Since January 1, 2023, electricity produced and consumed by your own solar system is exempt from the EEG contribution. For systems under 30 kWp, feeding energy into the grid is also VAT-exempt.
