1) General Terms

Enerlogic operates an online webshop platform at www.deyenergie.com, where registered customers (“Users”) can purchase Enerlogic’s products and related services.

• The webshop offer may change at any time without prior notice.
• By clicking the “Order” button, the User makes a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart. Before placing the order, the User can review or modify the selected items.
• All essential product characteristics are displayed before submitting the order. Orders can only be placed after the User accepts our Terms & Conditions.
• Upon submitting an order, the User receives an automatic confirmation email acknowledging receipt. This confirmation does not constitute contract acceptance.
• A binding purchase contract is concluded only when Enerlogic explicitly accepts the order via a separate order confirmation email.
• If an ordered product is unavailable, Enerlogic will inform the User and may cancel or adjust the order accordingly.

2) Intellectual Property

All content published on our domain is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or public use of the website’s materials, in whole or in part, requires our prior written permission. Unauthorized use, copying, or redistribution of website content is strictly prohibited.

3) License & Use of Applications

• Users must refrain from any activity that could disrupt, damage, or compromise the integrity, availability, or security of Enerlogic’s IT systems or applications.
• Users are required to keep their personal and business information accurate and up to date. Any necessary corrections must be made directly or reported to Enerlogic.

Enerlogic reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access without prior notice if incorrect information was provided, the Terms were violated, or login credentials were misused.

5) Warranty & Disclaimer

• The databases and technical information (e.g., solar modules, inverters, irradiation data, load capacities) within Enerlogic’s applications are carefully verified and updated. Nevertheless, discrepancies or errors may occur, and no warranty is given for the accuracy or completeness of such data.
• Enerlogic shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of the applications, including but not limited to loss of profit, data loss, or operational interruptions, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
• Enerlogic’s liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence and applies equally to its directors, employees, representatives, and authorized agents.
• Users are solely responsible for ensuring that they and their employees have sufficient technical knowledge to properly install and use the applications. Enerlogic is not responsible for damages caused by user errors or lack of expertise.

Enerlogic is committed to handling personal data responsibly and in compliance with applicable data protection laws. Personal data collected during registration or use of the webshop is processed solely for fulfilling contractual obligations and ensuring secure operation of the platform.
