We work with several transport and logistics partners and deliver throughout Europe. Shipping costs depend on the size, weight and other details of the order; our partners calculate the offers and we always provide the most cost-effective option.
Yes. We work with several major manufacturers. For orders exceeding €10,000, we can procure products not listed in our webshop, including solar panels, mounting structures, and unlisted inverters and batteries.
Please always inspect the delivered goods upon receipt to ensure they are undamaged. If you notice any issues, you must report them immediately to the courier to support warranty processing. We cannot accept returns of unopened products after purchase. Details can be found in section 11.1. of the General Terms and Conditions.

Due to high demand, we can store ordered products for a maximum of 3 business days.
We can only accept payment in advance. After placing your order, we will send a pro forma invoice via email. Once the invoice has been paid, we will arrange delivery.

Most conventional grid-tied systems automatically shut down during a power outage for safety reasons. To have power during an outage, you need a hybrid system and a battery.

A high-quality modern inverter (Deye, Solax, Huawei) typically has a lifespan of 10–15 years, but with proper maintenance, it can operate reliably for up to 20 years.
Manufacturers typically offer 5–10 year warranties, which can often be extended to 20 years. Defective components are replaced under warranty.
2023. January 1. Since then, electricity generated and consumed by your own solar system is exempt from the EEG levy. For systems under 30 kWp, energy fed into the grid is also VAT-exempt.
